Refunds or exchanges are not available for products with customisation. However, we do accept refunds for products in their original condition. If an incorrect size is received for non-personalized items, exchanges are possible.

While we will selectively use this process, significant opportunities to personalise your product can be lost by investing solely in sublimation. For personalised items, it is recommended to wash them in water no hotter than 40 degrees celsius, with cold water preferred for lightly soiled items. Higher temperatures may lead to peeling or cracking of the personalisation. If you need a replacement for squad numbers, names, or initials on your products, these items can be purchased separately.
