What is the process to custom design products?
We work closely with you to capture your ideas, thoughts and ambition into a design brief. Our design team will skillfully transform this into concept sketches where we can further provide advice on opportunities to enhance the outcome for you. Once the final design is approved, we will produce a sample product before moving into production.

Do you offer refunds or exchange?
Refunds or exchanges are not available for products with customisation. However, we do accept refunds for products in their original condition. If an incorrect size is received for non-personalized items, exchanges are possible.

Do you offer children and women's products?
At Aemulus Sports, we cater for everyone’s specific needs or ambitions. When engaging us in the design process, we will work with you to understand the product range required and tailor this to suit your market.

How are our products different to standard sublimation?
Sublimation is the process of printing dye onto fabric. While we will selectively use this process, significant opportunities to personalise your product can be lost by investing solely in sublimation. At Aemulus Sports, we want our products to feel tactile, professional and fully customisable. We achieve this through a combination of different manufacturing processes.

Do I have to be a big club to collaborate?
No, whether you are a bunch of mates playing in a casual league or an established organisation we are available to meet your needs.

What sports do you offer services for?
While we have significant expertise in the football world, our talented team knows how to work with you to interpret the needs of your own sport. We have a variety of fabrics and manufacturing processes that allow us to produce the perfect product for each environment.

How do I care for personalised products?
We strongly encourage you to reach the Product Care section on each product page. Following this advice closely will ensure you achieve maximum life of your product.
For personalised items, it is recommended to wash them in water no hotter than 40 degrees celsius, with cold water preferred for lightly soiled items. Higher temperatures may lead to peeling or cracking of the personalisation. If you need a replacement for squad numbers, names, or initials on your products, these items can be purchased separately.

In the event that the personalisation is deemed faulty, all products will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
